Susan Beth “Susie” Fishbein is an American Orthodox Jewish kosher cookbook author, cooking teacher, and culinary tour leader. Her Kosher By Design series of cookbooks was a runaway best-seller for ArtScroll, with over 500,000 copies sold. In 2008 she was included on the Forward 50 as one of the 50 most influential Jews.

Susie has been the featured celebrity guest on cruise ships as well as art culinary adventures in France, Italy, Israel and Mexico and has been profiled in The New York Times on on CNN. She has been a guest on scores of network TV and radio shows and was featured at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival at Disneyworld. Susie was an honored guest at the White House, in recognition of National Jewish Heritage Month.
